James’ background includes 15 years in the construction industry and a strong history of customer relations. Since James has been with Canadian Residential Inspection Services, he has performed over 3000 home inspections.
James is a native of the Annapolis Valley. He and his wife, Yvette, are involved in many community activities with their two children. James is an active member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors with an RHI designation.
RHI (Registered Home Inspector) is the highest designation for home inspectors nationally. James has continued to upgrade his knowledge base with courses relating to the home inspection industry and, having passed the National Certification Authority’s rigorous requirements, James is now proudly National Certificate Holder #NCA00155.
